There is a proposal to develop a new town on the site of the former RAF Upper Heyford. This is separate from the small-scale developments proposed in the Mid-Cherwell Neighbourhood Plan. An outline planning application has been submitted to Cherwell District Council, which can be viewed here: Planning application: 25/02190/HYBRID
Comments can still be submitted to CDC.
